How do our Professional Handyman Service work?

1. Contact Us:You can contact HyperClean® by phone, email, or online to request a quote or schedule an appointment.
2. Discuss your needs: Explain your needs to our customer happiness team, including the type of work you need to be done, the location, and any specific requirements or materials needed.
3. Schedule an appointment: Once you agree to the quote, HyperClean® will schedule an appointment for the handyman to visit your property at a convenient time.
4. Meet with the handyman: The handyman will visit your property and discuss the work to be done with you, including any issues or concerns that may arise. 
5. Receive an estimate: The handyman will provide an estimate for the work, including the cost, time required, and any materials needed. You will have the opportunity to ask questions or clarify any concerns before agreeing to the estimate.
6. Agree to the job and sign a contract: Once you agree to the estimate, we will share you to sign a contract or service agreement that outlines the scope of the work, payment terms, and any other details.
7. Complete the job: The handyman will complete the work as agreed upon in the contract. If any additional work is needed or unexpected issues arise, the handyman will discuss this with you before proceeding.
8. Pay for the services: Once the work is completed to your satisfaction, you will be asked to pay for the services according to the payment terms outlined in the contract. We accept payment by cash, bank transfers, and credit card.
9. Warranty: If you have any questions or concerns after the job is completed, we offer 30 days workmanship warranty.
